The Toronto Film and Video Club (TFVC) is a club that meets regularly to encourage and aid in the production of amateur film and video. Club activities include executive meetings, film screenings, amateur film and video competitions, workshops and seminars on film production and the publishing of the club's newsletter "Shots and Angles."

The TFVC was had its inaugural meeting on December 12, 1934 under the name the Toronto Amateur Movie Club. In 1941, the club changed its name to the Toronto Movie Club. In the 1990s, the club changed its name again to the Toronto Film and Video Club.

In 1968, the Toronto Movie Club, together with the Montreal Movie Makers, formed the Society of Canadian Cine Amateurs (SCCA) to promote amateur film across Canada, conduct film competitions and maintain a film library for use of all the clubs. The TFVC has remained an active member of the SCCA.

Throughout the years, films produced by the TFVC have received international awards and recognition.
