Tamworth Pastoral Charge was formed in 1925; formerly Union (Presbyterian and Methodist); it included Tamworth (Trinity Church), Marlbank, and Reidville; it was discontinued in 1967 when the three churches were closed.

Fonds consists of Sabbath School record book, 1867-1871, of the Tamworth Methodist Episcopal Circuit (includes Tamworth, Beaver Lake, White Lake, Marlbank, and York's); records of the Tamworth Methodist Circuit (includes Tamworth Methodist Episcopal Circuit, Tamworth, Marlbank, Camden VIII, and Croydon), 1870-1921; communion roll and register, 1891-1923, of Tamworth Presbyterian Pastoral Charge (includes St. Andrew's Church in Tamworth and Knox Church in Camden (now Camden East); minutes, 1905-1919, of the Woman's Foreign Missionary Society of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Tamworth; records, including marriages, 1896-1965, of Tamworth Pastoral Charge (includes Tamworth Methodist Circuit, Tamworth Union Circuit/Pastoral Charge, Tamworth (Trinity Church), Marlbank, and Reidville), 1896-1965; Woman's Missionary Society minutes, 1958-1961, and Mission Band records, 1947-1955, of Trinity United Church in Marlbank; and financial record book, 1946-1951, of Marlbank United Church.
