St. Paul's, Osgoode was built in 1886 on land donated by Mr. Adam J. Baker. The Honourable Thomas White laid the cornerstone on September 18th of that year. By 1913, a lot for a new church at Osgoode was purchased. The cornerstone for the new St. Paul's was laid on August 12, 1924 by the Rev. D'.T. Clayton. St. Paul's was opened and dedicated by Bishop John Charles Roper on December 14, 1924. The old church building was sold in January of 1925. Bishop Robert Jefferson consecrated St. Paul's, Osgoode on October 30, 1949 at which time the 25th anniversary of the church was celebrated. St. Paul's has been a part of the parish of Kars-Osgoode since 1979. The 100th anniversary was marked in 1986.

Fonds consists of records of the activities of St. Paul's congregation in Osgoode, Ontario. It includes vestry records, 1897-1985, service registers, 1914-1971, records of committees and organizations, financial records, property records, special services and events material, historiography, newsclippings, and photographs.
