Originally donated to the Oshawa Community Museum and Archives by Joyce Hobbs in 2001. It had previously belonged to her husband, Robert Edward (Ted) Hobbs (1925-2001). Transferred to Deseronto Archives in August 2012.
Portée et contenu
Album of photographs compiled by a member of the Hobbs family. Teddie Hobbs appears in one of the photographs and there is also a photograph of the grave of J. E. Hobbs. The majority of photographs are of the First World War Royal Flying Corps training camps in North America: Camps Borden and Mohawk in Ontario and Camp Taliaferro in Texas.

One photograph depicting the aftermath of a lynching (presumably in the United States) was removed from the album and transferred to the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, Tennessee by the Oshawa Community Museum and Archives.
