Series consists of seven subseries reflecting each General Secretary of DMPE: 1) Harold Vaughan, 1960-1973, 2) Howard Mills, 1962-1982, 3) Anne Squire, 1973-1985, 4) Richard Moffat, 1983-1992, 5) Gordon MacBeth 1993-1995, 6) Anne Naylor, 1994-1996 7) Steven Chambers, 1995-2001. Each subseries includes the records of deputy and assistant secretaries who worked under and assisted the general secretary in specific areas of division work. Series also contains files of associate secretaries who directly assisted the general secretaries, and otherwise their files are available under series pertaining to the different areas of DMPE.
