Scope and content
"Paul Caminiti, a city employee for 19 years, is shown here getting to the bottom of things so far as the proposed rebuilding of the downtown sewage system is concerned. Mr. Caminiti is one of two men making a general check-up on the condition of the 90-year-old sewer. He is equipped with all the paraphernalia for such underground exploration, including a gas mask. At the time, this Free Press photograph was taken he was under the intersection of King and Richmond streets." From the London Free Press February 14, 1941
