Fonds consists of issues of the "ACO Matters" Newsletters, 2008-2015. The newsletters contain various articles chronicling events and historic topics; and are produced between 3-4 times per year by the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario, Port Hope Branch. Series consists of minutes and other papers regarding the running of the 1988 and 1994 ACO House Tours respectively.

There are two files, one consisting of two folders containing the newsletter Albertalks, a publication designed, "for and about Graduates and Friends of the College." The second is a collection of notes from the 1962 Older Boys Parliament.

Scrapbooks containing information about the Women's Institute in Aldershot, Ontario as well as the surrounding area of Flamborough Township (Wentworth County), Nelson Township, and Halton County.

File consists of two (2) documents related to the Alma of the Sons of the Temperance of Canada West, Division #186, Township of Hope, 1867 and 1873. Each document includes a Form of Notice, Form of Resolution and Form of Decision. Names on the documents include: Richard Boney, John Westlick, Arthur Cleyhom?, J. A. Grimison, Paul Upton Oke, John Oke, James B. McMachon, Edward Brockenshire, Thomas Westlick, William H. Giddy, John W. Fonds reflects the meetings and membership of Belle of the North Ladies Orange Benevolent Association No. 140. Fonds contains two minute books.

Fonds consists of records documenting the activities and programs of the B'nai Brith Youth Organization Lake Ontario Region. Included are meeting notices, agendas and minutes, correspondence, reports and evaluations, constitutions and by-laws, policies, financial records, membership statistics, brochures and booklets, scholarship and award applications, manuals, grant requests, photographs, scrapbooks, event invitations,newspaper clippings, programs, lists, publications, and flyers. Records such as statistics and by-laws also document the Laurentian Region, Red River Region, North Star Region, Evergreen Region and Northwest Canada Region.
