Series consists of minutes, resolutions, and clippings created or collected by the IODE, Victoria-Guelph Chapter. The records document the official business of the chapter. Note some of the minutes contain annual reports from the secretary and or reports from the Standard Bearer.
The records are arranged chronologically by year; however, minutes for the years 1970-1974, 2004-2006, and 2009-2011 are missing. Two folders contain documents that review activities for the years 2005 and 2006.
