Fonds consists of several scrapbooks, mostly containing photographs of Royal Canadian Army Pay Corps (RCAPC) personnel. Officers and civilian employees are seen working at the Ottawa RCAPC office, eating fancy dinners, running pay tables in Canada and Korea, and attending Conferences of Command Paymasters and RCAPC Association annual meetings. Most of the photos have captions giving names and ranks of everyone depicted. Col. C.W. Ball and Col. D.S. Hutcheon appear more often than anyone else in the fonds, but many other people appear several times. The fifth album contains an insert of "RCAPC Training Wing in Action" photos, and a copy of the RCAPC Golden Anniversary pamphlet from the Canadian Army Journal (in library). The last album contains 3 news clippings and 13 caricatures of RCAPC workers. All photos date from 1949 to 1965, except 11 photos at the back of the third album, which date from the two World Wars.
