Fonds consists of two scrapbooks. The first was used by Margaret MacLean to record the lectures and school visits she gave at the Royal Ontario Museum between 1919 and 1924. The scrapbook also includes clippings from news articles authored by Margaret MacLean. The scrapbook also includes some correspondence with people who attended lectures including George Crofts. The second scrapbook consists of Japanese memorabilia compiled while Margaret was living in Japan.
