There are two files, one consisting of two folders containing the newsletter Albertalks, a publication designed, "for and about Graduates and Friends of the College." The second is a collection of notes from the 1962 Older Boys Parliament.

Canadian Red Cross fonds

Fonds consists of records pertaining to the Canadian Red Cross including documents surrounding the development of a Canadian Branch of the British Red Cross Society with advice from the American Red Cross Society. One series contains letters that were addressed to Colonel W.N. Ponton, mainly from the National Society for Aid and Sick to the Wounded in War (later the British Red Cross), 1895-1934. Another file contains letters to Miss E. C. Gordon as she attempted to develop an independent Canadian Red Cross, including those from the American National Red Cross signed by Clara Barton. The final folder contains a series of ephemera pieces issued by the organization throughout its history as well as two stamps promoting Canadian War Bonds.

The fonds consists of Dr. Vanarsdale Blakslee's personal and medical business receipts between the years of 1915 and 1940. There are receipts for medical supplies, tax receipts, and personal receipts such as household bills and car repairs. Many of the medical supply invoices are for products shipped by mail from Toronto or Montreal. Some of these companies in Toronto include: J.F Hartz Co. Limited, Ingram & Bell, Ethical Drug Products Limited, and from Montreal Frank W. Horner Limited, Manufacturing Chemists. The majority of the receipts are from local businesses in Belleville and surrounding areas such as: F.W Jeffery Harware Merchant, Midland, Ontario, F.S Anderson Co. Genuine Scranton Coal, W.H Lattimer Druggist Belleville, Sprague the Cleaner, Greenleaf's Garage Machine Shop Foundry Electrical Contractors, R. Oliphant & Son Butchers, McLaughlin Motor Car Company, Quinte Bicycle Store, The Belleville Pharmacy, E.D Finkle Electrical Contractor, J.S McKeown The Prescription Druggist, Porter, Butler and Payne Barristers, Solicitors Notaries Public etc. The Belleville Vulcanizing Co. One records the names and dates of death of Women's Institute members of the branches at: Roslin, Plainfield, Phillipston (Bethel) Zion, Quinte, Carmel, Cannifton, Melrose, Foxboro, Tyendinaga East, Moira, Chapman's, Parkdale, Lonsdale and Marlbank (1925-2013). The other is a scrapbook with photographs and brief biographies of men who had enlisted for the Second World War in the areas covered by the Women's Institute branches of: Melrose, Phillipston (Bethel) Zion, Plainfield, Quinte, Roslin and Tyendinaga East (May 1944).

This fonds is composed of folders of records containing documents relating to the Ontario Business College: correspondence including letters between: F.C.A. Johnson and E.H. Best; a Miss Nightingale and Michael J. Finnegan; and Miss Nightingale and Fred Jarrett publications containing programs, pamphlets, and catalogues items donated by Principal I.L. Moore such as a catalogue, an advertisement, a cheque to the school from the Farthey family from Johannesburg, South Africa from the Bank of Africa, and a scholarship granted to Adam Johnson the college's rules and regulations, a legal document discussing the trial over the name of the Belleville Business College between that school and the Ontario Business College, and one invoice book from the Business Department ephemera file containing three student records from Geoff Reeves, Maud Reeves, and Howard Frost respectively, as well as a coupon and a copy of the school song, “The Boys of the O.B.C.” items donated by the Wise family including a series of cheques and a scholarship granted to Fred Pritchard blank letterheads, blank cheques, envelopes, and other unused stationary newspaper clippings

Sidney Cheese and Butter Factory Association

This collection is made-up of files regarding St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. The first folder contains documents relating to the church's history such as a 1901 article in the Daily Intelligencer and a history on the church written by Kenneth S. Hill. The second file contains items of correspondence as well as newsletters. The two folders following this are 15 assorted annual reports and financial statements up to 1970. There is also a copy of a fund-raising proposal. The next set of documents are the minutes from the St. Andrew's Society from February 12, 1885 as well as a menu from the St. Andrew's Day anniversary from 1890.

Additionally, there is one file that contains notices, a program from a service dedicated to Queen Victoria's funeral, a list of soldiers from the congregation who fought in World War One, a program from Sunday, December 4, 1932, programs from Stainer's “The Crucifixion” from 1958, 1959, and 1961, the itinerary from the 1959 annual council meeting of the Women's Missionary Society of the Presbyterian Church in Canada, the list to elect the church's elders from 1959, a program from the church choir's production of Handel's Messiah in 1960, a program from the Girl Guide – Brownie Sunday service in 1961, a catalogue of art painted by Allan and Donnah Cameron for an exhibit held in 1964, a program and an advertisement for an organ recital from 1968, there is also a 1968 retelling of a performance by the Ladies of St. Andrews Church from 1889, and finally a copy of Talk 405 given by Gerald Boyce on Anniversary Sunday 2006. The final file contains an array of newspaper clippings.
