Series consists of records created and accumulated by Marilou McPhedran relating to METRAC, its mandate and its activities. Records in this series document a number of METRAC's projects in the 1990s, including its involvement with the May-Iles inquest and other legal cases, public safety audits for the Royal Bank and the Toronto Transit Commission, an Ontario Women's Justice Network project, and the production of METRAC publications on stalking and domestic violence. Also included in this series are McPhedran's subject files regarding violence against women and children, METRAC administrative files, and files pertaining to meetings of METRAC's board of directors, on which McPhedran served as a member and/or chair during this period. Files in this series consist of correspondence, minutes, budgets, reports, agendas, financial statements, legal documents, memoranda, newspaper and magazine articles, journal articles, handbooks and pamphlets, notes, mission statements, and work plans.

Fonds comprises photographs, correspondence and printed materials relating to the activities of members of the Hall family of Deseronto, particularly Flossie Hall (later Flossie Chalmers).

Fonds consists of one photograph of Percy Zealand in uniform, c. 1914-1918. It also includes eight sketches created by Percy Zealand in art class, Port Hope High School, c. 1910.

The photographs are arranged by subject matter and cover activities in and around the town of Deseronto, Ontario. The majority date from the late nineteenth century and many depict the lumber-related industries of the Rathbun Company in Deseronto. There are also photographs of school groups, churches, railways, First World War airfields and portraits of Deseronto citizens.

Fonds consists of records documenting the activities, finances, special programs and fundraising events of Brantford’s Sharon Chapter of Hadassah-WIZO. Included are meeting minutes, correspondence, photographs, ledgers, annual budgets, remittance forms, financial bulletins, financial statements, certificates, invitations, lists, notebooks, programmes, reports, recipes, speeches, news clippings, an auditorium lease, a contract, a theatrical script, and pledge cards.

It has been arranged into sixteen (16) series: Yearbooks, Port Hope High School Bible, Uniform Jackets, Photographs, Student Records, War Work Records, Financial Quotations, Newspaper Clippings, Teachers' Notebooks, Blueprints and Architectural Proposals, Minutes, Account Books, Mark Books, Attendance Registers, Roll of Honour, Correspondence, Notes and Publications.

Series consists of Port Hope High School Yearbooks (also known as "The Blue and White") for the years: 1920 (Christmas), 1921 (Spring), 1940-1941, 1953-1980, 1982-1987, 1991-1997, 2000-2004, 2006-2007, 2010-2014. There are duplicate copies for the years: 1983, 1986, and 1987; as well as one edition of "The Blue and White Anniversary Issue, 1853-1982." Some of the yearbooks contain inscriptions to specific individuals, including: Emma Dickinson (1920-1921), M. Anderson (1940-1941), Keith G. Rose (1955), E.D. Jones (1970, 1974-1979), and "Sherry" (1991, with signatures and notes from classmates).

Series consists of two (2) varsity cheerleader blazer-style jackets from Port Hope High School, c1950s. One jacket is cream with blue piping, one is royal blue with white piping; both have the PHHS crest on the chest pocket.
