Series consists of Jean Augustine's collections of artwork, portraits, posters, social activist and political buttons and pins, campaign promotional material and other three dimensional items and ephemera accumulated during her professional life. Item lists are available upon request.

This series contains artwork done by Sister Mary Anthony Hartleib. There are paintings, prints including one that is batik, sketches, print blocks, a copper engraving, a high school crest, proofs and final versions of memorial cards, along with a prayer and maxim cards. The subject matter of the artwork includes religious subjects like the Magdalene, Jesus Christ and the Crucifixion as well as natural subjects including landscapes, birds and flowers

File consists of various audio-visual research materials used by S. Peacock in the creation of "The Great Farini," c. 1980s. It includes: eighteen (18) Cassette tape interviews, including Dr. Gordon Brown, circus historian; and one (1) VHS copy of "Dangerous Dreams The Life of the Great Farini."

Records and reference material from five major research projects sponsored by the Finlandia Club and other organizations.

Series consists of one (1) autograph album originally owned by Josephine Caroline Stuart Grant when she attended Brookhurst School in Cobourg, c1878-1881. The book contains passages from literature, personal messages, signatures, and small drawings, by Josephine's classmates and others whom she encountered during her time at Brookhurst, and living at Ballintruan in Port Hope.

This series documents the Community Days. The series contains material covering ten different years. The Community Days were not held every year, but Assembly meetings were held every two years, and Chapter meetings were held every four years. The series contains various materials related to these meetings. Some of the most interesting materials include, for example, a Windsor workshop that taught Sisters to experience negotiation, meditation, and to practice active listening communication; the celebration of the 125th Anniversary (1993); a workshop on managing differences and conflict situations (2002); and other workshops and conferences.

The series contains schedules of congregational days, leadership style notes, spiritual exercises, prayers, workshop notes, “coming soon” reminders and “welcome” sheets, musical sheets for prayers and songs, short writings about the congregational history, correspondence related to the Community gatherings, reviews of new publications, ceremonies and celebrations, talks, corporate stances, photocopies of articles or short book chapters. It also contains printed brochures with prayers, theological reflections, other kinds of spiritual reflections, and conference materials.

Series consists of personal and professional correspondence sent and received by Alison Pick. These records include handwritten letters but are predominantly email correspondence. Most of the email correspondence in this series was exchanged between Pick and a number of other Canadian writers and poets, her editor, literary agent and publishers. These records pertain to personal and literary topics, as well as the publication, promotion and sale of Pick's book, "Far to go."

Series consists of two files of correspondence from institutions, publishers, other periodicals and individuals regarding the literary journal White Pelican, including a bibliography of the journal by a student.

Series consists of eight files of typed page proofs by Watson of various issues edited by her, including artwork and book covers by Norman Yates, illustrations by bpNichol, and Photographs by Roy Kiyooka and Stephen Scobie.

Series consists of 29 diaries, dated reading journals and day planners created and preserved by Watson during her adult life. These Material contain fragments of her creative writing; drawings in graphite, coloured pencil and ink; reading notes and language exercises; collected ephemera; recordings of her daily activities and financial transactions; and reflections on her experiences, emotions, relationships and surroundings.
In general Watson kept confessional and reflective diaries from 1954 (1955?) to about 1957. When she moved to Toronto in 1956 to pursue her doctoral studies, Watson began to keep what can be best described as Reading Journals: dated notes pertaining to books she was reading interspersed with short diary entries regarding her correspondence, her observations of her surroundings and her academic experiences. After she moved to Edmonton to teach at the University of Alberta, and upon her retirement in Nanaimo, Watson's recorded thoughts become more infrequent. In her later life, Watson appears to have purchased commercial Day Planners to record her daily activities and financial translations.
It is apparent that Watson kept journals during her early teaching career in Cariboo Country in British Columbia. However, it seems she destroyed these at a later period.

Series contains of bulletins, newsletters, and newspaper clippings discussing the School of Christ program. It also contains a variety of photographs depicting its participants and organizers. There is one audio cassette of Sister Mary Margaret Childs, director of the senior choir, talking about her memories of the program, and one vinyl plaque presented to Sisters Mary Margaret Childs and Maureen Dalton from a group of alumni.

File consists of draft versions of "The Great Farini" by Shane Peacock, 1994-1995. It includes: First draft (795 pp), Second Draft (645 pp) and selected bibliography (30 pp).

Series consists of four files of editorial Records and submitted material relating to Watson's role as editor of the journal White Pelican, including essays, poetry, book reviews and experimental creative writing by Gordon Peacock, Henry Kreisel, Wilfred Watson, Bert Almon, E.D. Blodgett, Elizabeth McLuhan, Diane Bessai, and Roy Kiyooka (including two of his Photographs), as well as a four page typed introductory essay by Watson, "About Pelicans" which appeared in the first issue of the journal, and a promotional flyer announcing the journal's launch.

This series contains records created and accumulated by the office of the General Treasurer for the Sisters of St. Joseph in London, Ontario. The records are primarily related to managing the donations given by and to the Sisters and the funding for their ministries, missions, Motherhouses, residences, and outreach projects. In London, St. Joseph’s Hospitality Centre provided food security programs, Medaille Retreat House was a spiritual retreat centre for the Sisters, the Queens Avenue building was a home for women in need, and the Boulee Street house was a ministry to the poor. The Adult Spirituality Centre, St. Joseph’s Manor, the Foster Home on St. Rose Avenue, and Holy Rosary Convent were all in Windsor. St. Joseph’s Manor and the Foster Home were ministries to children in need and Holy Rosary Convent was the main convent for the Windsor Sisters. The Adult Spirituality Centre in Windsor provided spiritual direction and retreats. Another spiritual retreat, Marygrove, was in Aylmer. Outside of Ontario, there are records concerning the Photo History Project at Ataguttaaluk School in Igloolik, Nunavut in which Sister Mary Diesbourg participated, the Sisters at St. Joseph Regional House in Edmonton, Alberta, and the mission in Peru including the collaboration with Heart-Links, a London based charity focused on Peru.

The series includes reports, meeting agendas and minutes, mission statements, budgets, floorplans, funding proposals and requests, grant applications, forms, lists of Sisters involved with specific projects and sites, and correspondence concerning funding, donations, location changes, operations, and testimonials from the public supporting the Sisters’ projects. There are also resolution agreements from the Sisters’ projects. One agreement is with the sole shareholder of a company connected to a property owned by the London congregation, Marygrove, concerning the finances and leadership positions within the company. The other agreement is between the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary and the Sisters of St. Joseph to decide the future of the Adult Spirituality Center.

One of the ways that Sisters could request funding for their ministries from the congregation was through the Apostolic Services Fund. Arrangements for the creation of this fund, outlines of requirements to qualify for funding and funding applications are included.

Not all the material is concerned with finances. Some records pertain to other projects the General Treasurer was involved with, particularly when Sister Loretta Manzara held the office. In 2007, the Sisters moved from Mount St. Joseph to a new LEED certified residence at 485 Windermere Road. in the series includes records related to this transition such as the Sisters’ Statement of Values, reports, pamphlets, news clippings, an issue of London Citylife, and newsletters (one of which was titled Crossing Over). There is also material concerned with the sale of Mount St. Joseph, the former Motherhouse.

At the 2012 Foundation Day, the Annals Project was presented. It focused on a shift from keeping annals to looking at the life of the entire congregation as expressed through Chapter reports. Pamphlets, agendas, meeting minutes, and a report on this project are present. Accompanying this material are annotated photocopies of various reports covering the Sisters’ activities from 1959 to 2011 which were referenced for the project.

Records related to the London Sisters’ involvement in Goderich, Ontario are also present, such as correspondence and pamphlets about their commitment to the area and the 100th anniversary of the founding of the first convent outside London.

The series also includes descriptions of icons painted by Sister Mary Anthony Hartleib, as well as prints of some of her artwork (including on the back of her funeral card), and photographs of artwork by Philip Aziz. Other photographs in the series are from the mission in Peru and of students and elders in the report for the Photo History Project at Ataguttaaluk School.

Series consists of records pertaining to the writing and editing of Alison Pick's published works, including novels "The Sweet edge" (2005) and "Far to go" (2010), and poetry collections "Question & answer" (2002) and "The Dream world" (2008). Also included in this series are records relating to Pick's work as a freelance writer of articles, interviews and literary reviews, her submissions to poetry journals, and her writing while a student at the University of Guelph. The records in this series are notebooks, notes, poetry drafts, draft and edited manuscripts, galley proofs, invoices, computer disks, correspondence, and grant application materials. Editorial commentary from Pick's House of Anansi Press editor Lynn Henry is included with some "Far to go" edited manuscripts.
