This sous-fonds contains official and business records from John Harris, including documents from Harris’ time as Treasurer of the London District, and includes receipts, official correspondences, records of tax payments, accounts audited, as well as other documents related to the business of John Harris. The majority of this sous-fonds includes field notes from his time as a surveyor, and ledgers from his work on the Rebellion Losses Claims Commission.

The Ronalds Family materials include correspondence to and from family members, diaries, account books, as well as estate documents pertaining to estates both in America and in Canada. The sous-fonds also contains material created by William Robertson including correspondence, legal documents and estate documents.

Series consists of records documenting Penn Kemp’s work as the 2009-2010 Writer-In-Residence for the then University of Western Ontario (now Western University), including correspondence, meeting schedules with students, and press clippings.

Series consists of portraits of the Wawanosh family (both sketches and photographs) and photographs received by various members of the family. Included are portraits of family members, ministers and missionaries, friends and other (sometimes unidentified) individuals whose relation to the family is unclear. Also included are photographs depicting the life of Agnes and John Phillips Mern. Included are images of their life in Marcy, New York, their travels through New York State and Ontario and their life in Sarnia - specifically pictures of life at the Wawanosh homestead and the Wawanosh Post. Also included are personal photographs of J. P. Mern of his time in the navy, his time serving during WWI and his son. A variety of photographic processes are represented in the series, including tintypes, cartes de visite, cabinet cards, postcards and prints.

Series consists of project files for various events, speeches, lectures, workshops and initiatives sponsored and/or organized by the LACW in order to fulfill the mandates of their various committees. Series also contains project files relating to the LACW's various lobbying campaigns and some financial records relating to the sale of tickets for various events which in addition to fulfilling the mandates of the various committees, were organized to raise funds for the council. Also included are the records of the council's various committees including minutes, reports and correspondence. Many of the project files also contain records of the committee that was in charge of the particular project.
