This sub-series consists of copies of the YWCA publication entitled: Notes, which was published by the Dominion Council of the Young Women's Christian Associations of Canada. Also included in this sub-series are 1948 editions of the publication: YWCA Quarterly, a copy of the 1935 YWCA World Executive Committee recommendations to its governing body, the World's YWCA, recommendations of the Membership Commission, Service of Worship program for the 1935 National Convention of the Canadian YWCA, and a draft of the chairperson's remarks to the 1935 National Convention. These records document the wide range of social and moral issues facing the YWCA.

This subseries contains correspondence, newspaper articles, magazine articles, and photographs about the “Women of Distinction Lifetime Achievement Award” presented on April 26th, 1999 to the Congregation by YWCA-London. The photographs include Sisters in conversation at the “Women of Distinction Lifetime Achievement Award” ceremony, and one group photograph of the award recipients.

Sub-series consists of the School’s yearbook, entitled “The Pulse”, which was inaugurated with the 1949 edition. The first editor was Mary B. Morton, with co-editor Josephine J. Evans. The Advisory Committee consisted of Miss B. McPhedran, the Assistant Principal of the School for Nurses, and Miss G. Jones, one of the School’s instructors.

Sub-series consists of Year 2000 (Y2K) contingency planning records for the automated systems of the Guelph Public Library. Included in this sub-series are Y2K resources, systems inventories, contingency plans, and Y2K Committee minutes and reports. These records document the Guelph Public Library's preparation and readiness for possible computer disruptions due to the end of millenium transition.

The subseries contains correspondence and minutes of the Worship and Music Committee (also called the Worship Committee). Minutes for some meetings are missing.
Subseries consists of files for each of the countries visited during a world tour the students took in the spring of 1977. The tour took students to the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium, Israel, Cyprus, Yugoslavia, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, Ghana, Zaire, Iran, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan. Files exist for each destination and there are also a notes file for the European leg and one for the tour as a whole. Files are arranged in order of the itinerary with the general notes being located at the end of the subseries along with a file for maps of the tour.
