Series consists of records regarding Robinson’s complaint to the Canadian Human Rights Commission. The complaint alleged that the House of Commons of Canada, as represented by the Board of Internal Economy, was denying certain benefits to Members of Parliament, their employees and employees of the House, on the basis of sexual orientation, in contravention of Section 10 of the Canadian Human Rights Act.
