Series consists of two (2) items of correspondence created by the Haultain family. It includes: (1) Letter to Mrs. Haultain from a Trinity College School student, c. 1914; (2) Notes from Mr. Haultain, a relief work convenor during World War I, c. 1921.
Series consists of two (2) Port Hope High School yearbook clippings and a page with identifying information, 1953-1954. The clippings include: image of the PHHS Badminton Team, and image of the PHHS Girls' Basketball Team. Both feature an image of the donor. Images are identified:

Series consists of obituaries and other clippings of the Gladman - Stuart - Stuart family, 1887-1907. It includes: Obituary for Mrs. John Grant, mother of Albert Grant, 1887; Marriage announcement of Josie Stuart and Albert Grant, 1896; Death notice of Margaret Gladman Stuart, wife of Charles Stuart, 1901; Obituary for Charles Stuart, 1907; and real estate advertisement for Ballintruan. Item is a framed and signed portrait of Her Majesty, Queen Victoria. Gold-gilt framed photogravure of Queen Victoria; presented in 1900. The original oil painting was created by Heinrich von Angeli in 1885. Photogravure is signed by Queen Victoria.
File consists of an art folder and watercolours by Henrietta Haultain in 1914. First painting dated Sep 1914 "The little white house in the first valley of Monkey Mt. Port Hope" and "The view from the top of the hill, Monkey Mountain Oct. 22nd 1914." This image appears to show Trinity College School.
File consists of various Haultain family papers including: "Excerpts concerning Hugh Heaton from the Memoirs of Robin Haultain;" "The Haultain Family Tree" c. 1931; miscellaneous newspaper clippings.
Series consists of newspapers and brochurs noting military concerns. Series consists of one (1) autograph album originally owned by Josephine Caroline Stuart Grant when she attended Brookhurst School in Cobourg, c1878-1881. The book contains passages from literature, personal messages, signatures, and small drawings, by Josephine's classmates and others whom she encountered during her time at Brookhurst, and living at Ballintruan in Port Hope.
File consists of a scrapbook consisting of poems, songs, newspaper clippings, magazine articles, event programs, published wills / probates, and published photographs, c1877-1932. It includes mention of the following Port Hope names: Henderson, Williams, Corbett, Helm, Adams, Gordon, Lawson, Cumberland, Benson, and Ward.
File consists of newspaper articles related to the Anglican School for Girls. It also includes: Program for dedication of St. Luke's Chapel; and Program for the dedication of the swimming pool.
