Fonds consists of records pertaining to MacNaughton’s duties as both Member of Provincial Parliament and cabinet minister. This includes correspondence, memos and reports pertaining to Ontario government ministries, local institutions and constituents. A large portion of the fonds consists of central registry files from his Queen’s Park office maintained in original order. These are arranged alphabetically on an annual basis according to subjects and/or institutional names. The fonds also includes copies of his speeches and press releases as minister and “Riding Books” which are largely carbon copies of correspondence sent to his constituents. UntitledCollection consists of a record book of the 18th battalion, Canadian Expeditionary Force, dating 1915-1920, containing names of dead, wounded, medal recipients, and those on leave. Collection also includes original (1928) and printed (1951) nominal rolls of the battalion association, as well as a 1952 memorial booklet with honours and awards.
The fonds contains correspondence and other documents of Frederick Stanley Albright and Elnora Evelyn (Kelly) Albright. Letters exchanged between the couple predominate. Family records, photographs, diaries, and other objects are included.
