UntitledFonds consists primarily of records documenting Jane Bigelow's political career from 1969 - 1980, with the majority of the material dealing with her terms as mayor and controller as well as her various election campaigns. Included are municipal project files; records relating to the activities of the London and Middlesex NDP Ridings Association and the NDP of Ontario; campaign materials; correspondence; speeches; and newspaper clippings. Also included in the fonds are photographs documenting Bigelow's career; awards and other recognitions that she received; biographical records documenting her elections, public service and the contributions that she made to London; and a fictional novel about a female mayor in the city of London.

Fonds includes operational records such as minutes of meetings, financial records as well as materials that were distributed to members and federated organizations such as newsletters, annual reports and annual directories. Also included are records relating to the political activities of the council such as resolutions, briefs and submissions as well as project files and committee records. Some records document the history of the organization and its milestones and include newspaper clippings, scrapbooks, photographs and archives records. The fonds also includes records that were received by the LACW from its federated organizations, the Provincial Council of Women of Ontario, the National Council of Women of Canada and the International Council of Women.
UntitledFonds consists of records created and acquired by Western's Caucus on Women's Issues. Included are newsletters, minutes, financial records, various versions of their constitution, correspondence, documentary field tapes and reference materials as well as records relating to the Caucus' efforts to establish women's studies as a discipline, promote employment equity and contribute a women's perspective to the policy and planning processes at the university.
Also included in the fonds are the research materials of Constance Backhouse, law professor and member of the Caucus, who researched the history of women at Western as part of several projects including her report, “Women faculty at UWO: reflections on the employment equity award”, the establishment of UWO law archives and 100 years of women at Western.

Included are ledgers, research notes, correspondence, programmes, invitations, scrapbooks, postcard collection, photographs, books, newspaper clippings; and copies of diaries, letters and reminiscences of various Middlesex County residents dating. The fonds consists of records created between 1883 - 1951.

UntitledThe collection consists of photographs created by Henry G Hines (Harry) and William H. Hines (Bill) over the course of the operation of his photographic studio in London from 1906-1929. The collection includes original glass plate photographic negatives commissioned by various City of London affiliates, local businesses, private individuals and the photographer's personal photographs. There are images of London with focus in east London mainly of industry, manufacturing and commercial for promotion and Port Stanley scenes. Also included are prints, and copies of Hines' photographs collected by Alan Noon and copy prints and digital images of all photographs created by Noon and given as part of the donation.
