The fonds consists largely of writs of fieri facias (writs of execution) authorizing the Sheriff to take possession of goods to pay debts. Also included are correspondence, inventories of goods, bank deposits, records of payment, and a volume containing an index of cases in lis pendens (cases pending).

Horning, John Arthur, fl. 1904Fonds consists of records maintained by Mary Constance McLean, relating to her legal career and that of her father, John Joseph Hunt. Included in the fonds are photocopies and digital images of four examinations and two student directories maintained by McLean while attending Osgoode Hall Law School, a photograph of the house in Hamilton, Ontario, in which McLean was raised, a photograph of what is believed to be the 9th Division Court in Hamilton, a firm relocation announcement card, a newspaper clipping regarding Wallace Nesbitt, and a notary public certificate issued to John Joseph Hunt. The originals of these records range in date from 1911 to 1976. The fonds also includes a transcript of a series of interviews with McLean held between May and June of 2007.

County of York Law AssociationSeries consists of photographs documenting the university life, call to the Bar, and personal life of Thelma Thomson. The original photographs range in date from 1942 to 1974. The majority of the photographs relate to her life while attending the University of Toronto during, and shortly after, the Second World War. A number of these photos depict several visible minority students from the Carribbean who were attending the University of Toronto at the same time. Other photographs in the series depict her call to the Bar in September of 1949, and group photographs with her sons and husband, Judge David Thomson.
