Records in the series document the personal life of Denton, including his income and investments, the activities of the Board of Commissioners of the Toronto Police Department for the years 1934 to 1936, property purchases by Denton which were transferred to the Board of Trustees of the Toronto General Hospital, and his activities as a member of the Liberal party. Included in the series are correspondence, minutes and agendas, reports, lists, cards, newspaper clippings, insurance policies, memoranda, income tax returns, transcripts, printed leaflets, certificates, deeds, brochures, and other textual material.
