This collection consists of historical records collected and maintained by Agnes Hepburn, a well-known Port Stanley historian. Also in this collection are essays written by her, primarily relating to the history of Port Stanley and area, as well as the research material which she used to write these essays. The collection is comprised of the following series:

Fonds consists of records of Fingal Methodist Circuit (includes Fingal, Iona, Middlemarch), 1875-1925; Epworth League minutes of Fingal Methodist Church, 1894-1903; records, including baptisms, 1909-1958, marriages, 1908-1957, and burials, 1909-1958, of Fingal Pastoral Charge (includes Fingal Methodist Circuit, Fingal, Iona, Middlemarch), 1901-1958; annual reports of Port Stanley Pastoral Charge (includes Fingal, Dexter, Port Stanley), 1972-1995; records, including baptisms, 1958-1975, marriages, 1958-1974, 1996-2010, and burials, 1958-1971, of Fingal United Church (includes Fingal Pastoral Charge, Iona, Middlemarch), 1927-2012; and Annual/Congregational Meeting minutes of Middlemarch United Church, 1932-1954.

The collection consists of photographs created by Henry G Hines (Harry) and William H. Hines (Bill) over the course of the operation of his photographic studio in London from 1906-1929. The collection includes original glass plate photographic negatives commissioned by various City of London affiliates, local businesses, private individuals and the photographer's personal photographs. There are images of London with focus in east London mainly of industry, manufacturing and commercial for promotion and Port Stanley scenes. Also included are prints, and copies of Hines' photographs collected by Alan Noon and copy prints and digital images of all photographs created by Noon and given as part of the donation.

The fonds consists of the records kept by the Empress Chapter #277 of the Order of the Eastern Star. It includes minute books that also contain a record of the constitution of the chapter and a list of past members.

Fonds consists of records, including marriages, 1896-1913 of Port Stanley Methodist Circuit (includes Port Stanley, Dexter, Union, churches in Yarmouth Township), 1896-1913; records of Dexter Methodist Church, 1892-1924; records of Port Stanley - Dexter Pastoral Charge (includes Port Stanley Pastoral Charge, Port Stanley and Dexter), 1951-1978; and records of Dexter United Church (includes Dexter Methodist Church), 1915-1974.

Fonds consists of records created and maintained by the Port Stanley Women's Institute. Fonds is arranged into the following series:

-Tweedsmuir History series, ca. 1855-1955

Fonds consists primarily of photographs of the Vernon Smith family and their friends in Port Stanley and vicinity. Fonds has been divided into the following series:

-Essays, ca. 1957
-Correspondence, 1957-1960

The collection consists of photographs, postcards, newspaper clippings and memorabilia documenting the personal history of Stan Speers, as well as the history of Port Stanley, Ontario and the surrounding areas. Main areas of interest include the Stork Club, Guy Lombardo, and the London Port Stanley Railway Line.

This fonds consists of Vesey Brown’s medical education and military certificates and personal correspondence, as well as material relating to Brown and Masingberd family property in London and Morpeth, Ontario. Majority of fonds consists of Series 4 that is Brown's work as watercolour artist, mainly depicting London, Port Stanley and Elgin County.
