This collection consists of historical records collected and maintained by Agnes Hepburn, a well-known Port Stanley historian. Also in this collection are essays written by her, primarily relating to the history of Port Stanley and area, as well as the research material which she used to write these essays. This series is comprised of the following letters:
-a letter from Forest & Outdoors to Mrs. V.P. Smith, February 8, 1957, regarding her submitted essay.
-a letter from John B. Swainson, Lieutenant Governor of the State of Michigan, to the Honorable William H. Thore, sending his regrets in not being able to attend the weeding of his daughter. The letter is dated June 23, 1960.

This series contains documents relating to trains, the Stork Club, Elgin County elections and politics, and other events and information surrounding Port Stanley; as well as a Guy Lombardo vinyl record. It also contains 9 identical flat, never used or assembled Mackie’s buttercorn boxes in mint condition.

-"Surf Casting, Lake Erie Style". This essay includes a photograph, taken in January 1957, of a group of people on a beach, likely in the southern United States.

Fingal United Church (Ont.)The collection consists of photographs created by Henry G Hines (Harry) and William H. Hines (Bill) over the course of the operation of his photographic studio in London from 1906-1929. The collection includes original glass plate photographic negatives commissioned by various City of London affiliates, local businesses, private individuals and the photographer's personal photographs. There are images of London with focus in east London mainly of industry, manufacturing and commercial for promotion and Port Stanley scenes. Also included are prints, and copies of Hines' photographs collected by Alan Noon and copy prints and digital images of all photographs created by Noon and given as part of the donation.

Thorne, Dearborn, Michigan, and the late Dora Thorne, became the bride on Saturday, July 2, in Christ Methodist Church, Inkster, Michigan, of Rodger Vernon Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Parkes Smith, Cavell Blvd., Port Stanley". 1960.
The fonds consists of the records kept by the Empress Chapter #277 of the Order of the Eastern Star. It includes minute books that also contain a record of the constitution of the chapter and a list of past members.
