This fonds contains a variety of documents relating to the Belleville Fire Department which include official policies relating to health and safety, arbitration, indemnity agreements with surrounding communities, uniform specifications, certificates and cards, labour-related issues, scientific studies, records of the city of Belleville and the Belleville Professional Fire Fighters Association in addition to newspaper clippings related to the fire department dated from 1907 to 2001.

This fonds consists of material created and collected by the Gould Lake Ratepayers Association, commencing in 1971. The materials reflect the activities and aim of the Association to protect the lake from pollution and establish guidelines to ensure as much safety on the lake as possible.

This fonds is composed of records from the Halloway Loyal Orange Lodge #251. Four folders each contain a volume ranging from 1859-1875, 1873-1879, 1800-1883 and 1875-1922 respectively. Each of these volumes contains minutes, accounts, members lists and attendance.

Series contains the notes, research sources and manuscripts for the book "The History of Hope Township". Also manuscripts and drafts for the articles written by H. Reeve in 1963 and 1964 that appeared in the Port Hope Evening Guide. Records, notes and research kept by Harold Reeve (1900-1974), Hope township resident, historian, farmer and conversationalist.

Books of remembrance. One records the names and dates of death of Women's Institute members of the branches at: Roslin, Plainfield, Phillipston (Bethel) Zion, Quinte, Carmel, Cannifton, Melrose, Foxboro, Tyendinaga East, Moira, Chapman's, Parkdale, Lonsdale and Marlbank (1925-2013). The other is a scrapbook with photographs and brief biographies of men who had enlisted for the Second World War in the areas covered by the Women's Institute branches of: Melrose, Phillipston (Bethel) Zion, Plainfield, Quinte, Roslin and Tyendinaga East (May 1944).
