File consists of a warrant in the case of Bradley vs. Elliott et al, 1861. Plaintiff, Alexander Bradley was represented by J. H. Boulton. Defendants, George Elliott, Abraham Culin and David Carson (1829-1873)were represented by George Brogdin. The warrant to the defendant Abraham Culin authorizing him to seize the goods of one Robert Johnston for rent due to George Elliott, and under which warrants two seizures and sales took place.

Item is a handwritten letter discussing a large number of deaths and the procession in Toronto. Letter is dated July 5, 1866. The author of the letter is A. P. Rice, writing from B. A. Cottage, Toronto, C. W. and speaks also of his studies in Toronto. References in letter are made to "F. Little" and "Elijah" (believed to be Elijah Rice 1843-1920).
