There are histories, newsclippings, financial accounts from 1957-1962, correspondence related to education and the withdrawal of the Sisters from Mount St. Patrick in July 1963, lists of Sisters who served in Mount St. Patrick, and ephemera related to a reunion in August 1987 and a 150-year celebration in 1993 of St. Patrick’s parishioners.

Limited", miscellaneous materials copied from original documents including newspaper clippings from 1954; pages 62-66 of the Canadian Fuel Marketer ca. 1878-1978 issues; Weaver Liquifuels pages 55-60, 2 envelopes of negatives, and 110 photographs of various everyday operations at the Bill Schuster Coal and Lumber Company, as well as photographs of Bill Schuster and possibly his family. One is an aerial photograph of the site of the company.

This fonds contains records produced during the time the Sisters administered and worked at Mount St. Joseph Centre in Hamilton. It also consists of records which were produced by the Woodview Children’s Centre and Cool School in Burlington and Hamilton. These institutions grew out of Mount St. Joseph Centre after it ceased its functions. The records that encompass this collection are of historical importance because they offer a snapshot of special needs education during the latter half of the twentieth century. The fonds consists of bylaws and policies, correspondence, proposals and reports, a scrapbook, meeting minutes, financial records, newspaper clippings, photographs, publications, invitations, addresses, and legal documents.

Moore such as a catalogue, an advertisement, a cheque to the school from the Farthey family from Johannesburg, South Africa from the Bank of Africa, and a scholarship granted to Adam Johnson the college's rules and regulations, a legal document discussing the trial over the name of the Belleville Business College between that school and the Ontario Business College, and one invoice book from the Business Department ephemera file containing three student records from Geoff Reeves, Maud Reeves, and Howard Frost respectively, as well as a coupon and a copy of the school song, “The Boys of the O.B.C.” items donated by the Wise family including a series of cheques and a scholarship granted to Fred Pritchard blank letterheads, blank cheques, envelopes, and other unused stationary newspaper clippings

Collection consists of nine Boyd family photograph albums, 14 glass plate negatives, and several strip negatives. The images depict the lives and activities of the Boyd family of Bobcaygeon, Ontario, and include lumbering scenes, Trent Canal steamboats, buffalo/Hereford animals, and travel excursions. Also included are three "Gypsy" photographs (Peterborough, 1909), and photographs of winter sporting activities. Several photographs depict family members; many are unidentified. Also included in this collection are copies of the wills of WT.C. Boyd and Mossom Boyd.

Other records include a statement from Sept. 21, 1936 plus 10 pages from an accounts ledger, no date, possibly recording household goods sold from the Pitman's store; two Canadian Bank of Commerce vinyl folders; seven “Long Distance Service” phone bill statements; two receipts; four loose pages from a petty accounts book; two envelopes; card from “Tuck” to Mrs. J. Churchill, no date; two flyers, one from “Charlinore Kennels” and one from “Director of Annuities”.

This series contains records concerned with the founding, ownership, operation, transfer, and closing of Radville Community Hospital and Marian Home. Primary topics within the records are the history and management of the two institutions, the minutes of the Governing Board, and the transfer of ownership. Records include invitations, event programs, speeches, pamphlets, booklets, a directory, histories, correspondence, news clippings, photographs, inventories, legal agreements and contracts, financial and insurance records, and facility policies and bylaws.

Notable items include a 1970 pictorial directory of Holy Family Parish, a list of Sisters who ministered in Radville, a list of 1949 donations for the creation of the hospital, a 1989 accreditation survey report for Radville Community Hospital and Marian Home, the minutes of the Governing Board, operational reports from hospital committees and staff, a 1980 consultation by the Catholic Health Association of Canada, and legal agreements concerning the ownership and transfer of the medical facilities and property. There is also some material concerning the estate of Reverend Father Earnest A. Yandeau, who left a donation to the Sisters of St. Joseph in Radville upon his death in 1969, and the Summer Extern Program, a program for undergraduate medical students to gain experience in a clinical setting.

The photographs are primarily of the Radville Community Hospital and Marian Home, the staff, the Sisters, the town of Radville, the 2017 memorial, and reunion events. The correspondence concerns the lives of the Sisters in Radville and the opening, operation, and relinquishing of ownership of the Radville Community Hospital and Marian Home.

Fonds consists of records relating to the general store and sawmill owned by the Richards family at Balaclava Ontario 1896-1947. The general store records include: detailed supplier invoices 1896-1910, 1914-1933; incoming and outgoing correspondence 1897-1942 and orders and order receipts 1899-1928; general ledgers and day books 1868-1896; profit and loss accounts 1901-1905; store inventories 1903-1904, 1911 and cash books 1901-1911, 1937-1938. There are also general lumber orders 1931-1946 in box 12.

For the sawmill there are time books 1905-1926; log books of logs cut for the sawmill 1895-1927; log book accounts 1908-1910, 1934-1939; lumber and timber contracts 1898-1910; and railway tie contracts 1914-1927.

There are also miscellaneous files relating to the Richards family including insurance certificates 1899-1913; Harry Richards’ income taxes 1916-1923 and 1933-1940; and William Richards’ notebooks for money owed 1892-1898 as well as his estate accounts 1908-1912. There are also records relating to the public school board of Grattan and Brougham Townships 1891-1931 and the Brougham and Grattan Telephone Co. 1907-1921.
