The Music Department fonds, RG 10-2, is arranged and described at the series level, with an accompanying file list. The fonds consists of two series: Jack Arthur files (RG 10-2-1) and Subject Files (RG 10-2-2).
Textual records in the fonds consist of correspondence, reports, schedules, minutes, and publicity material related to the Music Department and Grandstand show staff, musicians, performers and other entertainers, competition contestants, and CNE visitors. Graphic and printed materials include photographs of dancers, performer headshots, and other events coordinated by the Music Department, as well as sheet music from the 1953 Grandstand show.
Few documents exist for the years 1960, 1962, 1973, and 1981. No records exist for the years 1954 to 1956, 1959, and 1963 to 1972.

Niagara Area Lutheran CouncilFonds documents the meetings of the North Bay & District Historical Society and contains one minute book.
North Bay & District Historical SocietyFonds reflects the North Bay Community Concert Association's organization and sponsorship of musical concert series in North Bay, and also contains records pertaining to the Association's governance and administration. Records span the entirety of the Association's existence from 1943 to 1984, and slightly beyond it. Records are arranged into three series based on function or documentary type. Textual records in the fonds consist of annual reports, by-laws, membership lists, concert programs, promotional material, correspondence (primarily with booking agencies, grants agencies, and local community groups), meeting minutes, scrapbooks, and newspaper clippings about concerts and events. The fonds also contains promotional photographs and other publicity material regarding concert performers, which was provided by the booking agency.
North Bay Community Concert AssociationCorrespondence, business documentation, staff resources, photographs, and Literacy Group documents, kept by Margaret Phillips of the Northern Woman's Bookstore, of Thunder Bay, Ontario. The store opened in 1984 and had locations on Bay St. and Court Street, before having to close its physical location in 2016.
Fonds is comprised of annual reports, conference records, various OCA committee records, training manuals and programs.

Port Hope Lions ClubFile consists of a ledger book including meeting minutes from the Port Hope Old Boys and Girls Association, Toronto Branch, 1923-1928. The book includes many historically important Port Hope Names (i.e. Brockenshire, Snell, Baulch, Merrifield, Skitch, Mackie, Byrne, Davidson, Lockington, Craig, Hacker, McLennan, Clarke, Kelly, McMahon, Wright, Martin, Kerr, etc.). Early meetings were held in the home of William Skitch (311 Jarvis Street, Toronto), with E.C. Merrifield serving as Secretary.
Port Hope Old Boys' AssociationFonds consists of the papers of the Opportunity for Youth organization, 1986-1990. It also includes: newspaper articles, photographs, and four (4) VHS cassettes of various events. Refer to series-level descriptions for more information.
Port Hope Opportunity for YouthFonds consists of 17 minute books of the Quinte Women's Institute and the group's Tweedsmuir history, which includes postcards, press clippings and photographs. Also included is a banner for the institute, history of the institute and files of loose papers for each minute book (letters, receipts, newspaper articles, reports, programmes and newsletters).
Quinte Women's InstituteThis fonds consists of 5 record books kept by Robert B. Hillmer concerning his watchmaking and jewellery business. In the books, Mr. Hillmer recorded watch inventories (1899), as well as job numbers, client name, work requested and price. Item List: Watch Repair Book 1910 - 1913; Watch Repair Book 1924 - 1934; Watch Repair Book 1936 - 1954; Watch Repair Record book, 1913 - 1924; and Watch Repair Record book 1898-1910. The fonds also includes a Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of Canada certificate appointing Robert Benjamin Hillmer to the office of Grand Superintendent of Huron District No. 6, February 28, 1918.
