Margaret Phillips began her career in municipal recreation, and became an advocate and activist for feminist and social justice issues. She was a founder of the Northern Woman's Bookstore, an executive director of the Lakehead Social Planning Council, and on the board of directors of Inter Pares, among other work.

Fonds consists of a copy of the history of the Lennard's Mill and family, written by Graham Lennard, a Trinity College School cap and a scrapbook consisting of personal family and school photos.

The collection contains original photographs, as well as several copies of photographs depicting daily activities of the Kunkel family in Sudbury and North Bay. While the majority of the photographs depict Bill and Grace Kunkel with their two boys, there are a few others of a football game and a telephone service center, for example. Although some of the individuals in the photographs are identified, most of the photographs are not dated, nor identified. There are a total of 110 black and white photographs and 2 color photographs. The collection also includes 2 newspaper clippings: one of the Sudbury Star and the other of the North Bay Nugget.

Consists of seven diaries, 1914-1917 and 1920-1922 recording the daily life of Phillip Ketchum. Philip Allan Cheyne Ketchum was born July 20, 1899 in Cobourg, Ontario to parents Judge and Mrs. Ketchum. He attended Trinity College School from 1912 to 1916. Following matriculation he served as a Junior Master at Lakefield Preparatory School. In 1918 he was accepted into the Royal Flying Corps. and went overseas in July, 1918 for training. In December of 1918, Ketchum was made Second Lieutenant as a pilot; however with the end of the War, Ketchum returned to Ontario in 1919 to pursue his academic career. He attended Trinity College at the University of Toronto from 1919-1923. While at Trinity College, Ketchum was the President of the University Rugby Club, President of the Trinity Athletic Association and Vice President of the Trinity College Literary Institute. After graduation in 1923, he taught for a year at the Upper Canada Preparatory School before returning to TCS as a master at the Junior School. During this time Ketchum earned a Bachelor of Pedagogy from the University of Toronto. In 1927 he entered Emmanuel College, Cambridge where he completed his BA. Upon graduation in 1929 he taught at St. Mark's School in Massachussets. In 1933, at the age of 32, Ketchum became the Headmaster of Trinity College School. He held this post until 1962, at which time he was made a lifetime member of the Board of Governors. Ketchum died on July 21, 1964

Fonds consists of six scrapbooks pertaining to the 1957-58 season for the Whitby Dunlops hockey team. Scrapbooks contain newspaper clippings, magazine articles, and some handwritten observations by Ken. Scrapbook five follows the team's 1958 trip to Oslo, Norway to compete in the World Ice Hockey Championship which they go on to would win. Each scrapbook contains a table of contents at the beginning.

Collection consists of material of John's time as a student at Appleby College from 1971-1976 (Class of 1976), and includes an acceptance and award letter, a scrapbook containing both photocopied and original images of sports teams and the first winter trip to the school's Northern Campus on Lake Temagami in 1975, school related programs, letters, a documentary pictorial inventory of donated items, and a biography. The collection also includes an Appleby Colours jacket, a First XV Rugby team jersey, a First Football team jersey, school ties, custom silver cuff-links, school pins awarded for academic achievement and athleticism, a Lieutenant Governor's Silver medal, and a book prize.

The fonds documents the activities of James Perrin as a member of the Canadian National Exhibition Association Sports Committee, and his public relations work on behalf of the Canadian National Exhibition's Sports and Agriculture Departments.

The fonds is divided into five series. This arrangement reflects the original order of the records as they were maintained by James Perrin. MG 3-0-1, Sports Committee Files, consists of agendas, minutes, correspondence, questionnaires, registration forms and photographic prints pertaining to the Canadian National Exhibition Association, Power Boat Committee, a sub-committee of the Sports Committee.

Series MG 3-0-2, CNE Publicity Files, consists of correspondence, news releases, and photographic prints documenting the promotion of various CNE events such as Aquarama, Dog Swim, Mayor's Bathtub Derby, Horse Show, Dairy Princess, and the Miss CNE contest by James G. Perrin & Associates.

Series MG 3-0-3, Photographs, consists of photographic prints of the Miss CNE contest, and various waterfront activities. Series MG 3-0-4, Scrapbooks, consists of two volumes, dated 1975-1980 and 1980-1981, containing photographic prints, newspaper clippings, and printed material. Series MG 3-0-5, Artifacts, consists of one item, a 1971 CNE Bathtub Derby trophy awarded to James Perrin in appreciation of his work on behalf of the competition.

The fonds are a compilation of various records regarding hunting/firearms laws and permits of the time, as well as some assorted items from the Ingersoll Rifle and Revolver Club. It is arranged into the following series: Licenses and Permits, which consists of the hunting and fishing licenses and permits of Jack Racher. Ingersoll Rifle and Revolver Club, consisting of items relating to the club and its members, and some memorabilia. Correspondence, consisting of letters regarding new gun laws, as well as permits and licenses of Rifle and Revolver Club members, with a few items regarding gun registration.

Consists of photographs of particularly mining development in Northwestern Ontario in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, as well as the waterfront and shipping, local scenery, and notable figures. Also includes some correspondence; railway construction plans.

The fonds consists of one bound volume consisting of meeting minutes of the Ingersoll Amateur Athletic Association from March 10, 1910, to March 28, 1940, as well as the Constitution and By-laws of the Association for 1915.
