Fonds consists of three volumes detailing cases handled by Smith plus his accounts. The docket book contains details of estates administration including those of H.H. Burnham and Mary Tuer, railway right-of-way and various other cases from 1911 to 1918, and it includes an index. There is also a cash book and an account book from 1917 to 1922.

Fonds consists of one Class photograph, and negative, from S.S. #5 from 1900. The names of all the children and the teacher are listed on the back of the photograph. There is one photograph, and negative, of Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Hope and which had belonged to Ross Comrie. Mrs. Hope was known as Aunty Bella. There is also one photograph, and negative, of John, Hugh and Alexander McFee. There is family history written on the back of the photograph about each McFee and their families as well as where John McFee lived.

This collection consists of 278 slides taken by Rosemary McConkey during her work as a nutritionist in Malaya (1962) and in Nigeria (1965). McConkey supplied a detailed listing of the slides and also included a 45 r.p.m. recording of the national anthem of Malaya "Negara Ku,", six books relating to the two areas and a map of Malaya.
