The fonds consists of histories for Killam, Galahad, Rimbey and Stettler hospitals that have been combined to create a history of the Alberta hospitals run by the Sisters of St. Joseph. Killam General Hospital was opened for the longest period of all these hospitals, and therefore a large quantity of the combined history is about this hospital. Along with the series for the histories of the four hospitals, there are series for commemorative and administrative materials. The fonds contains community histories, a timeline, staff listings, correspondence, newsletters, pamphlets, and photographs.
Killam General Hospital (Killam, Alta.)Fonds consists of a Tweedsmuir History which gives a history of Lawrence Station and surrounding area.
Kensington ClubThis series contains records related to the celebration of jubilees of the Sisters of St. Joseph of the diocese of London, in Ontario. The records are from Ontario and Alberta, where the Sisters had a mission since 1922. Materials in this series include photographs, videos, speeches, reflections, historical sketches, news clippings, hymns, programs, invitations, and cards.
Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph in Canada (London, Ont.)The fonds consists of records that reflect the different roles that Janet played throughout her life as well as the various activities and functions she performed throughout the community. The fonds is arranged into five series and then various subseries, all of which reflect Janet’s diverse activities.
The majority of the records are textual (i.e. minutes, reports, correspondence, published material, newspapers, etc.) although there is also a sizable photograph collection as well as some maps and plans and even artwork. Berton, JanetFonds consists primarily of records documenting Jane Bigelow's political career from 1969 - 1980, with the majority of the material dealing with her terms as mayor and controller as well as her various election campaigns. Included are municipal project files; records relating to the activities of the London and Middlesex NDP Ridings Association and the NDP of Ontario; campaign materials; correspondence; speeches; and newspaper clippings. Also included in the fonds are photographs documenting Bigelow's career; awards and other recognitions that she received; biographical records documenting her elections, public service and the contributions that she made to London; and a fictional novel about a female mayor in the city of London.
Bigelow, Jane
These annals chronicle the daily lives of Sisters Ann Marshall, Katrina Rooney, and Nancy Sullivan while they performed charitable works in Annotto Bay, Jamaica. These records discuss their efforts in healthcare and education, including their donation to fix critical water problems in the Infirmary as well as setting up several educational programs to help children to learn and read. The annals also provide nuanced detail by describing the Sisters’ living quarters, thoughts about their works, and about the town itself. The sub-series also includes Katrina Rooney’s photographs. These images show Katrina Rooney teaching in school, posing with community members, and relaxing in her leisure time. These images offer a “snapshot” of life in Annotto Bay. A larger photo album along with a two folders of photographs also makes up this sub-series. The album’s images provide further examples of Annotto Bay life, and include photos of a trip to Jamaica made by Sisters Claudia and Francis Rossignoli. This sub-series also has records that detail the 2001 murder of Father Martin Royackers, who also lived and worked in Annotto Bay. He was a member of the Upper Canada Province of the Canadian Jesuits and had served Annotto Bay for six years. This news shocked and saddened the Congregation. They were upset to hear the news of the violent attack in a place they considered as a home. The Sisters set up a memorial liturgy in response to the news. The sub-series also includes several drawings from children to the Sisters.

Fonds consists of two scrapbooks detailing the activities of the Mississauga chapter of IODE, formerly known as the Imperial Order Daughters of the Empire. The scapbooks detail the activities of the local chapter, municipal chapter, and the IODE provincially and nationally. The local chapter was involved with organizations including the Senior Citizen's House of the Lakeshore Psychiatric Hospital, Titchfield High School in Jamaica, Sheridan College, Square One Shopping Centre, Sheridan Mall, Credit Valley Hospital, and others.
Many pages focus on the Mississauga Citizenship Court of the Canadian Ministry of Multiculturalism and Citizenship. During the 1980s and 1990s, they were active in providing catering for the ceremonies. Judges presiding over the court in that era include Kamal Akbarali and Joanne Robertson.

Ilderton Women's InstituteFonds consists of the records created and accumulated by Ida Siegel, documenting her personal and professional life, along with her philanthropic work. The types of records include personal reminiscences, diaries and memoirs, family correspondence, professional correspondence, speeches, scrapbooks, newsclippings, oral histories and photographs.

This fonds consists of records that pertain to the House of Providence and Marian Villa. More specifically, it consists of histories, commemorative materials, and administrative materials. There are also records related to the Marian Villa Auxiliary.
House of ProvidenceThis is a collection of reference materials collected by the Sisters illustrating the history and foundation of the congregations in Canada, the USA, and France. The collection illustrates Mother St. John Fontbonne’s life and work. There is a special focus on the history of the Sisters of St. Joseph in the London diocese. The collection is comprised of publications, calendars, correspondence, news clippings, photographs, postcards, an international directory, family tree diagrams, and a watercolor painting.

This series consists of contracts, deeds, plans, and newspaper clippings relating to Hellmuth College from 1866-1952. There is a general history and photographs of Hellmuth College. The series includes photographs of the Chapel and Motherhouse. The series contains a description of the layout of the Orphanage as well as information regarding the day-to-day routines. The series also contains notes on the process of purchasing the Mills property and written summaries of ecclesiastical events such as the Eucharistic Congress at Mount St. Joseph in July, 1923 and the visit of Cardinal Villeneuve in 1934. There are also special issues of the Western Gazette and magazine and newspaper articles, including a biography of Bishop Hellmuth, and the building of the new Motherhouse.

Heart-LinksThis series contains seven subseries containing material related to the administrative operations of the healthcare facilities founded, owned, and operated by the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph Hamilton. The facilities concerned are St. Joseph’s Hospital, Brantford; St. Joseph’s Hospital, Guelph; St. Mary’s General Hospital, Kitchener; St. Joseph’s Community Health Centre, Stoney Creek; and St. Joseph’s Hospital, Hamilton. The records included are annals and histories, newsletters, news clippings, meeting minutes, financial records, property records, legal documents, annual reports, renovation and construction reports, photographs, material related to the estate and donations of Rev. E. P. Slaven, correspondence, bills, by-laws, and some records of events of the various nursing schools operated in connection with the hospitals. There are also records relating to the transfer of hospital administration.
