sous-fonds does not include masters’ theses or doctoral dissertations created by University of Ontario Institute of Technology students. Refer to F-505, Graduate Studies for student theses.
The Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science sous-fonds contains publications and reports.
The Faculty of Social Science and Humanities sous-fonds contains publications. From 2002 to June 30, 2010, the Faculty was named
Criminology, Justice and Policy Studies, but was renamed as of July 2, 2010 to more accurately reflect the department’s purpose
and program offering.
The Student Association sous-fonds contains records relating to the function of the association for University of Ontario Institute of Technology students. Records will include those of the president; reports; by-laws, policies and procedures; board minutes; financial statements; and annual general meetings.
The Aboriginal Resource Centre sous-fonds, under the Indigenous Student Services department, contains records related to publications and activities for and about indigenous students attending University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
The Campus Recreational and Wellness Centre sous-fonds consists of publication records describing health and athletic services for
students to maintain healthy lifestyles.
The University of Ontario Institute of Technology photographs sous-fonds contains photographs documenting the university’s history.
The Ephemera sous-fonds contains artifacts, newspaper clippings and video and CD/DVD records.
The External Relations sous-fonds contains reports, documents from the Office of the Vice-President and papers of the former Vice-
President Academic, Durham College.
The Library sous-fonds contains reports from the University Librarian, and publications. University Librarians: Catherine Davidson: 2017 - current. Dr. Pamela Drayson: 2006 - 2017. Records dating from 1967 to June 30, 2010 are available in sous-fonds F-024 The Library Finding Aid. Records dating from July 1, 2010 are available in sous-fonds F-528, UOIT Library.
The Office of the Registrar sous-fonds contains publications, reports, convocation programs and student enrolment statistics. As of July 1, 2010, the Office of the Registrar assumed service for university students only. Prior to that date (2002 to June 30, 2010), records pertaining to the Registrar are available in F-031 Student Affairs Finding Aid.
The Sous-Fonds contains records from the office of the Associate Vice-President and those related to various aspects of student life on campus including the Student Learning Centre, Student Mental Health Services, Student Experience Centre (including: Pathways students supports, Transfer student supports, Indigenous Student Services, Campus Involvement, International Student Services, Leadership, Mature Students, Off-Campus Living, Orientation, Parents and Families, Peer Mentoring, Transition Programs, Career Centre, and Student Accessibility Services.
The Communications and Marketing sous-fonds contains records relating to publications produced by the department.
This series consists of the proceedings of conferences held annually, alternating between Canada and Ireland.
The Facilities sous-fonds consists of records describing the buildings and campus, and the campus plan.
