The Halton County Radial railway (HCRR) is a hand made transportation system. Bob Johns, HCRR president felt that a lot of people have never seen street cars before and so the cars ran on this newly electrified line. This is a picture of Jamie Meek getting the street car ready.

An inquest was called into the death of two men killed in a train-truck collision at a marked level crossing in Puslinch. Dead are truck driver Zenon Julian Blashkiw, 22, and John Gordon McLean, 55, and a train crewman. The crash resulted in a two-section derailment of 41 rail cars, and two locomotives, and tore up about 250 yards of track. This is a picture of a wrecked Boxcar Lone Sentinel that remained at the scene of the crash.

This photograph shows a car crossing over the Garafraxa Street West railroad crossing. The crossing was causing damage to motorists driving over the crossing and Canadian Pacific Railway promised to remedy the situation.
