This collection consists of sample photographs taken from local studios. Many are unidentified, but are being maintained as representative of the photographers' work. Many are stamped with addresses and/or logo insignia.

Collection contains material collected or maintained by Elizabeth Raven, former teacher and Chairman of the Board for Alma College. Material related to Alma College includes ephemera, newspapers and newspaper clippings regarding the fire, newspaper clippings and memorial booklets for Dr. Flora Sifton, a session calendar, Alma College Alumnae bulletins, volumes of Almafilians, and meeting minutes of the Alma Alumnae Auxiliary. Collection also includes a scrapbook that highlights the activities of the Tonti Chapter of the Imperial Order of the Daughters of the Empire (I.O.D.E), in which Elizabeth Raven was a member and served as First Vice-Regent.

Fonds consists of records and research files on schools in East Elgin compiled by Evelyn McNeil for a 2006 publication entitled "Evolution of Schools: From Quill to Computer". This fonds is comprised primarily of secondary sources, but also includes some original records relating to the teaching career of Mrs. McNeil.

Collection contains material collected or created by Evelyn Moore and her husband Frank C. Moore, with records mostly relating to Belmont, Ontario. There is an emphasis on records from the Yarmouth and Belmont Agricultural Society records, which were likely acquired by Frank C. Moore during his tenure as the society's President. Fonds consists of "The Fingal Observer" and "The Royal Canadian Air Force Observer", which were monthly newspapers (news bulletins) put out by the Fingal Bombing and Gunnery School during the Second World War. Also included are four publications likely used as reference tools.

This fonds consists of member registers (1874-1960), meeting registers (1918-1960), minute books (1908-1981), correspondence (1940-2003), financial information (1886-1992), leases (1889-1899), and assorted ephemera relating to Masons in general, and events or persons belonging to Cameron Lodge. These records were created, maintained, and preserved by the Lodge, and remain of particular importance due to losing many records in their earlier years.

There are four series within the fonds:

1. Administration (membership ledgers, minute books, and meeting information, and any other information concerning Lodge meetings)
2. Correspondence
3. Financial (cash books, account books, auditors’ reports, invoices, and receipts)
4. Miscellaneous (blueprints for the 1957 Lodge building, copies of two original leases, information about an early member of the Lodge, and assorted materials relating to Lodge charity work and meetings)

Includes personal records belonging to Betty Smith, a student from 1941-1945, and Mary Louise Fritz, a student from 1954-1955. Also includes a photograph album and photographic negatives compiled by Bernice Fritz (nee Eilber), who was a student from 1928-1930. Fonds also contains miscellaneous documents and ephemera relating to Alma College, ca. 1932-2015.
