The Durham College Chronicle Newspapers Sous-Fonds consists of the student newspaper, The Chronicle, in paper format and many issues are available in PDF format. The issues date from 1973 to the present day. The records relate to the campus activities and those of the local municipality. The Chronicle was and is a component in the Journalism program as part of a newspaper publishing course. Articles were all written by students. Advertisements were acquired by students in the Advertising program as part of their courses.

Sous-fonds consists of records pertaining to the legal and professional career of E. Patrick Hartt as a criminal defence lawyer and a legal educator and lecturer in the 1950s and 1960s. These records document in particular his activities while a partner with G. Arthur Martin, and his work as head of the Criminal Procedure section of the Law Society of Upper Canada's Bar Admission Course prior to his appointment to the bench in 1966.

The sous-fonds contains policy manuals, newspaper clippings, intake procedures, photographs, scrapbooks, correspondence, meeting minutes, financial records, as well as the record book and cash book of the Fontbonne Auxiliary. It also contains information about the history of the building, the children who were at Fontbonne Hall and the people who were involved in their care. There is also information about how the purpose of Fontbonne Hall changed throughout its time in operation.
Fontbonne HallSous-founds consists of correspondence, photographs, newspaper articles, transcriptions, and a book related to specific members and genealogy of the Greenwood family. Correspondence is between local historian, Brian Winter, and several members of the Greenwood family in an attempt to surmise biographical information on Viscount Greenwood and the Greenwood family in general. Where possible, series have been separated into specific family members to compartmentalize information collected on these individuals.
