Limited", miscellaneous materials copied from original documents including newspaper clippings from 1954; pages 62-66 of the Canadian Fuel Marketer ca. 1878-1978 issues; Weaver Liquifuels pages 55-60, 2 envelopes of negatives, and 110 photographs of various everyday operations at the Bill Schuster Coal and Lumber Company, as well as photographs of Bill Schuster and possibly his family. One is an aerial photograph of the site of the company.

Two awards are also included, 1 for the efforts of a flood control team in 1981 and 1 safety award received in 1960. The fonds also includes a plastic Corbin sign and a key made at the plant.

John Turnbull fonds

The fonds contains the papers of John S. Turnbull of Belleville, Ontario. Enclosed in the first file is a description of the property of a Mr. Forrin; a notice instructing Mr. Turnbull to pay Mr. James Anderson eleven pounds, ten shillings by Mr. James Turnbull; and a description of the west side of Front Street. The second file consists of items relating to Turnbull's estate including a list of properties he owned, a list of personal effects, the last will and testament of Margaret Campbell, the first and final wills of John Turnbull, and documents pertaining to a dispute over his estate by his family after his death, there is also a map of mineral reserves in Marmora. The third file is composed of various real estate contracts, the fourth file consists of real estate deeds, while the fifth file is made up of real estate leases.

15 images rescued from the Sir James Whitney School for the Deaf in the 1980s. The images date from the early 1950s and are pasted on to card. They were used in teaching children at the school. They depict buildings in Belleville, Ontario: the Armouries; the Government Dock (printed image from a brochure); Deacon Brothers Ltd. Collection comprises photographs of the two First World War Royal Flying Corps training camps at Deseronto, Ontario and notes for an unpublished book, <em>Wings Over Deseronto</em>, on the history of the camps. Camp Mohawk and Camp Rathbun were in operation between May 1917 and November 1918, training men to be pilots for the Western Front. The photographs in this collection are originals and reproductions depicting the aircraft, staff and cadets of the Royal Flying Corps, principally in the Deseronto camps, but also at Camps Borden and Leaside (Ontario) and Camp Taliaferro, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Various kinds of activities and occupations are represented: collection of duties; public utilities; loan; general merchants; grocery; temperance; insurance; engineering; surveying; railway. Most of the individuals and some of the corporate bodies responsible for the creation of papers included in this fonds operated at a local or regional level, while most of the corporate bodies were subordinate to larger entities; most of these individuals and corporate bodies were located in Belleville.
