Cappon, Daniel, 1921-The fonds consists of annual reports of the Consumers' Gas Company (1849-1925) [incomplete], minutes of the Board of Directors' meetings (1947-1925), minutes of special Board meetings, taken from the secretary's and president's notes and agendas; minutes of the Finance Committee (1852-1874), of the Works Committee (1853-1873), and of selected meetings of the Executive Committee (1805-1909). As well, there is a run of 'Street lamps' [publication] (1887-1906).

Hay Bay Women’s InstituteFonds consists of sermons of Frank Malinsky, 1911-1972; papers delivered at auxiliary organizations of the East District of Lutheran Church-Canada and Elmira (Ont.) community functions such as school dedications and graduations, Junior Chamber of Commerce and Town Council inauguration, 1936-1964; research files on individual cults, 1922-1954; college notebooks in German on world history, Greek, Hebrew, Latin and composition; seminary notebooks in German on homiletics, catechetics, dogmatics, religious education, theology, and exegesis of Luke, 1st John, Psalms, Genesis and Isaiah.
Malinsky, Frank, 1890-1984The fonds consists of correspondence, curriculum vitae, ephemera, memoranda, newsletters, selected newspaper clippings, a photograph, and a scrapbook that Philpott selected and retained as mementos. She also collected her peers' correspondence concerning their nomination of Philpott for the Order of Canada. Fonds also contains biographical information about Philpott included by Professor Ken Moffatt of York University. The fonds is arranged chronologically; an order imposed on the fonds by a graduate student working for Professor Moffatt.
Philpott, Florence, 1909-1992Collection consists of publications, policy statements, research reports, conference and educational documents, and newsletters accumulated by Professor Linda Briskin in the course of her research on women and equity in organized labour in Canada. The documents were published by or about local, provincial, and national organizations, including the Canadian Labour Congress, provincial federations of labour, Canadian and United Auto Workers, Canadian Air Line Employees' Association, Canada Employment Immigration Union, the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada, the Committee for Cleaners' Rights, International Ladies Garment Workers Union, Metro Labour Council, Union of Provincial Government Employees, Canadian Union of Public Employees, Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation, Public Service Alliance of Canada, United Steelworkers of Canada, Registered Nurses Association of Ontario, and the Windsor Hospital Clerical Workers Union of Canada. The collection deals with equity in collective bargaining units, including issues of sisterhood and solidarity, education, human rights, anti-racism, aboriginal issues, affirmative action, violence against women, and the impact of technological change. The documents are arranged into files by organization, and they reflect the equity initiatives undertaken by unions to transform organizational practice and culture in order to ensure fairness and representation for women and members of other equity-seeking groups.
