Fonds reflects the meetings and membership of Belle of the North Ladies Orange Benevolent Association No. 140. Fonds contains two minute books.

Materials collected by the Belleville Fire Department from members and former members of the department. They include photographs, correspondence, press clippings and fire call logs.

This fond contains a variety of documents relating to the Belleville Fire Department which include, but are not entirely composed of, official policies relating to officer's reports, fire logs, health and safety, arbitration, indemnity agreements with surrounding communities, uniform specifications, certificates and cards, labour related issues, scientific studies, records of the city of Belleville and the Belleville Professional Fire Fighters Association in addition to newspaper clippings related to the fire department dated from 1907 to 2001.

File consists of details and correspondence regarding the bicycle race with the Bloor Cycle Racing Team. Papers are related to the Port Hope Cycling Grande Prix and the Molson Port Hope Grande Prix both held on 11 Aug 1984.

Item is a notice from a commission appointing John Maguire, Edward Budge and George Wilson as License Commissioners for the License District of East Durham, 6 Apr 1887. Removed from "Budge Family" File, Long Cabinets.

The fonds consists of records related to the history and activities of the Brownsville Optimist Club formerly located in Brownsville, Ontario. They are arranged into the following series and subseries:

Series consists of the transcription of Cemetery Records for Bible Christian Methodist Cemetery, Perrytown. Research was conducted by East Durham Historical Society (now the Port Hope and District Historical Society). Cemetery records include a history of the cemetery as well as a map depicting the location of each of the graves. The record also consists of a list of the names of the deceased along with their plot number. There is also a description of the content on their stones.

Series consists of the transcription of Cemetery Records for East Zion Bible Christian Cemetery (Also known as Moon's Cemetery). Research was completed by the East Durham Historical Society, (now the Port Hope and District Historical Society). There is a brief introduction to the history of the cemetery at the beginning, followed by the names and additional information pertaining to the stones.

Series consists of the transcription of Cemetery Records for Canton Cemetery. The research was completed by the East Durham Historical Society (now the Port Hope and District Historical Society). A description of the cemetery is found at the beginning of the document. There is also a map on the inside, demonstrating where each of the plots are located. The document then outlines the names on each of the plots along with the stone number. The names are listed alphabetically. Toward the back of the document, there is text that is written on each of the stones.

Series consists of the transcription of Cemetery Records for Elizabethville Anglican Cemetery. Research was completed by the East Durham Historical Society, (now the Port Hope and District Historical Society. Inside the records, there is a short description on the cemetery. There is also a map which outlines the location of the plots in the cemetery. This is followed by a list of deceased, with the stone/plot number beside there names. At the bottom of the page, there are also descriptions about what are found on each of the plots.
