Series consists of the transcription of Cemetery Records for Canton Cemetery. The research was completed by the East Durham Historical Society (now the Port Hope and District Historical Society). A description of the cemetery is found at the beginning of the document. There is also a map on the inside, demonstrating where each of the plots are located. The document then outlines the names on each of the plots along with the stone number. The names are listed alphabetically. Toward the back of the document, there is text that is written on each of the stones.
