This subseries contains textual records regarding the Animator or Animating Team. This team is made up of Associates who support the Core Team and aid in the training, communication, and growth of the Associate Program as well as support the vision of the Congregation’s charism, spirituality, and mission. Included in this subseries are agendas, meeting minutes, meeting summary notes, event programs, and correspondence from 2002 to 2015.

This subseries contains materials regarding annual meetings of members of the Associates Program. It includes correspondence, financial records about grants and expenses, and meeting minutes and reports submitted for annual business meetings from 2001-2012. The correspondence is to the Associates Office from Associate members. Opening rituals such as giving thanks, remembrance of ill and deceased members, welcoming new members, as well as Associated prayers from annual business meetings from 2004-2011 are included. Photographs from the Associates General Gathering are also included. In addition, there are materials regarding the Spiritual Ministries Network, ceremonies, retreats, and leadership. There is also a summary of the Associates Leadership Conference from 2019.

The Charism Connection is the ceremony that involves laypeople taking vows to be guided by the charism of the Sisters by which they become Associates. There is a commitment ritual in which the incoming Associates pledge to pray and offer love, commit to continual spiritual growth through personal prayer, and join the congregation’s mission of working to achieve unity of neighbour with neighbour and neighbour with God. In return, the Sisters pledge to accept and welcome the Associates, offering them prayers, and encouraging them in spirit. Ceremonial materials such as invitations, agendas, and correspondence regarding commitment are included within this subseries. This subseries also features a questionnaire for potential Associates that determine the readiness for the commitment ceremony and a copy of the mutual agreement for the Associate’s relationship between the potential Associates and the Sisters. There is also sheet music of hymns that were sung during the Charism Connection ceremonies. The commitment ceremonies took place in both Windsor and London, Ontario.

This subseries contains materials pertaining to various Associate conferences that were held and related to the congregation. There are brochures and agendas for conferences in Canada and the United States, as well as a schedule for a retreat at Oxley, Ontario. The subseries also includes minutes of planning meetings in 1989 for the co-membership international meeting and a complete list of the North American Associates for the June conferences in 1991.

This subseries contains materials relating to the Core Team, which is made up of Associates who meet quarterly to address the activities of the Associates Program and its groups. Members are elected by their fellow Associates in their region for a three-year term. The subseries mainly contains agendas, programmes, meeting minutes, rotation terms of Core Team members, reports from the Animating Team and Bridging program, and correspondence to and from the Associates office, and Sisters Doreen Kraemer and Kathleen Lichti. There are lists of committed members by region in Southern Ontario, policy reviews, Associate feedback, financial materials and request forms for funding, administrative materials, and ephemera such as conference flyers and clippings.

This subseries contains materials relating to the Liaison Group, which is made up of Associates whose goal is to assist the communicative and collaborative growth of the program and spiritual development. Materials include agendas, meeting minutes and the vision statement of the program.
