Fonds consists of three record books. Two of these are ledgers that date from the period that Thomas was the manager of Consolidated Optical Co. They offer a rare glimpse of daily operations of a Canadian instrument making firm. The ledgers have records of purchases, contacts, receipts, and materials dating from 1914 to 1920. The other record book is a surveying class notebook that is undated.

Sem títuloItem is one temporary plaque made of corrugated plastic. The design of the plaque replicates other heritage plaques around the city of Toronto that detail local history. Titled “Baby Point Crescent, Baby Point Road, Baby Point Terrace”, the contents of the sign explains the history of Jacques “James” Baby, who the area is named after. It highlights the Baby family’s ties to slavery, citing they were responsible for enslaving at least 17 Black and Indigneous people. The creator of the sign is unknown, it is one of several signs placed around Toronto to draw attention to the involvment of prominent historical figures in slavery.
Collection consists of memorabilia and material pertaining primarily to the activities of the Whitby Dunlops during the team's active years from 1957 to 1959. There is also material which relates to anniversaries and other events in the years following the team's dissolution in 1960. Collection is comprised of 8 series including: Programs, Publications, Ephemera and artifacts, Team information, Events, Diary of Kay Irwin, Postcards and photographs, and Video.
