The first series, Administrative Records, includes annual reports, constitution and by-laws, correspondence, minutes and resolutions. The second series, Non-administrative Records, includes the activities of the Council including membership lists, biographies, clippings, media, newsletters, photographs and promotional material. The clippings and the photograph files were compiled from original scrapbooks and magnetic sheet albums deposited with the Archives. Due to their acidic content it was deemed archivally necessary to photocopy all newspaper clippings and conserve photographs in Mylar sleeves. The third series, Volumes, includes bound volumes of financial records, minute books, guest books and publications. Fonds is comprised of the following series: Series I.
