Series consists of the minute books of the Parks and Shade Trees Committee. Included in this series are records relating to the planting of trees, maintenance and repair of parks and the Exhibition grounds, accounts payment, tenders for the purchase of trees, equipment and supplies and loose committee correspondence. These records document the role that the Parks and Shade Trees Committee played in the beautification of Guelph's city landscape.
