This subseries contains a synopsis of the first annual Brighter Futures Breakfast on November 1, 2012., prepared by Sr. Pat McKeon. At this event, the Sisters of St. Joseph were given a sculpture as an award. The subseries also contains an acceptance speech by Sr. Margo Ritchie given at the event. The Sisters were presented with this award because they used a bequest they had received to set up a bursary program for wards of the Children's Aid Society after they reached the age of eighteen years to assist them with pursuing their education.

This subseries contains correspondence and programs from the “Queen’s Golden Jubilee” ceremony and a certificate for the “Queen’s Golden Jubilee Award” presented to the Congregation on December 17, 2002 in London, Ontario. The two photographs are of Sister Sue Wilson and Sister Joan Atkinson receiving the “Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Award” in 2012.

This subseries contains the program and the certificate for the “Leading Women, Building Communities Award” presented to the Congregation on October 26th, 2008 in London, Ontario by Deb Matthews, Ontario Minister Responsible for Women’s Issues.

This subseries contains correspondence, newspaper articles, magazine articles, and photographs about the “Women of Distinction Lifetime Achievement Award” presented on April 26th, 1999 to the Congregation by YWCA-London. The photographs include Sisters in conversation at the “Women of Distinction Lifetime Achievement Award” ceremony, and one group photograph of the award recipients.
