Series consists of administrative files, the majority of which appear to have been maintained by Carl Miller. Records in the series document communications amongst members of the organization, meetings of the organization, and other activities. Included in the series are correspondence (including e-mail), memoranda, reports and briefs, minutes and agendas, copies of its newsletter, copies of the Bell Canada newspaper (“Bell News”), notes, lists, and other textual records. According to the donor, e-mails were sent to a central administrator then distributed to the group, so as to keep the membership confidential.

Series consists of records relating to the complaint against Bell Canada filed by the Gay and Lesbian Organization of Bell Employees (GLOBE) with the Canadian Human Rights Commission. Records relating to the human rights complaints may also be found in files in the Administrative files series. Included in the series are: correspondence (including e-mail), forms, memoranda, reports, periodicals, press clippings, minutes, an agenda, and other textual material.
