This series consists of administrative records generated by the Canadian Federation of University Women - Guelph executive committees and members. The records document the general administration of the Chapter and its programs, including executive duties, memberships, committees, meetings, records disposition, newsletters, annual reports and constitutions.

This series consists of the President's copy of minutes of the Canadian Federation of University Women - Guelph, together with reports, notes and related documents. The minutes document the Executive's stewardship of the Chapter, including administration, finance, and the operation of various programs and projects.

The minutes are primarily arranged chronologically by year. Note some minutes in this series were arranged in reverse chronological order.

This series consists of records related to specific programs and projects initiated by the Club, or in which they co-operated with other community and government organisations. Included are records relating to such activities as heritage building conservation, scholarships, theatre, festivals and lectures. Also included are records related to special projects such as the anniversary activities, the organizational data related to the national conference hosted by the Guelph chapter in 2000 and the UWC Panel on the well being of the child. Records consist of correspondence, reports, notes, published items, programs, clippings, photographs, audiocassettes, and videotape.

Included are records relating to special events such as anniversaries and the organizations brochures for membership and program information.
