Deseronto-Napanee Pastoral Charge was formed in 2012 when Napanee: Grace United Ministries Pastoral Charge renamed itself. It includes Deseronto and Grace in Napanee. It is still an active charge of the United Church of Canada. Grace United Church in Napanee was established in 1925; formerly Methodist.It formed part of a single-point charge until May 26, 2001 when Grace joined Deseronto to form Napanee: Grace United Ministries. Deseronto separated to form its own congregation again in January 1, 2011 and the charge includes two-points. On October 17, 2012 the charge was renamed to Deseronto-Napanee Pastoral Charge. It is still an active congregation of the United Church of Canada.

Deseronto United Church was established 1925, formerly Methodist. Deseronto Methodist Church was established circa 1877 as a Methodist Episcopal Church; it joined the United Church of Canada in 1925.

Fonds consists of records, including marriages, 1896-1922, of Deseronto Methodist Church, 1882-1923; annual reports of Grace Methodist Church, Napanee, 1923-1925; records, including baptisms, 1899-1946, marriages, 1901-1958, burials, 1901-1974, of Deseronto United Church (includes Deseronto Methodist Church), 1899-1974; and anniversary records and annual reports of Grace United Church, Napanee, 1926-1983.

Records from 2009.072L were originally deposited at the Lennox & Addington Museum and Archives. They were removed and sent to the United Church of Canada Archives in 2009.
