Fonds consists of various administrative records of the Civil Service Association of Ontario, including: records of annual meetings (including minutes and reports of committees); minutes of the Provincial Executive; records of the Board of Directors (including minutes, reports, and memoranda); memoranda from the Executive Secretary; records of Executive Officers and Committees; presentations to the government of Ontario (including briefs, memoranda, and submissions); records arising from various programs and projects of the association (including pamphlets, memoranda, brochures, excerpts from statutes, reports of committees, surveys and studies by commercial firms, proposals, regulations, and printed informational and promotional material); and reference material regarding developments of Civil Service organization in Ontario, B.C., Manitoba, Canada, and the U.S.A.
