This photograph shows a car that had been discovered at the bottom of the quarry pool at the Grand River Conservation Authority park. The car was stolen from Windsor, stripped and driven off the cliff into the quarry. Scuba divers from Toronto found the car submerged 7.5 meters deep. The car took four hours to tow out.
This photograph is labelled May 26, 1975 but was published June 2, 1975.
