          Fonds contains research files compiled by local historian Paul Baldwin relating to architecture and architects in St. Thomas and Elgin County, principally related to the work of John T. Findlay and Neil R. Darrach with an emphasis on Darrach. Also includes information on David Kilpatrick, Elgin County's first architect, as well as research notes that informed Baldwin's "Legacy" column published in "Community News". Finally, fonds contains original architectural plans created in circa 1903 by Neil Darrach for the St. Thomas Public Library building, as well as a photocopy of a plan for the residence of R.A. Cook.

          Item is a 1984 calendar of Port Hope. The inside of the calendar contains an information about The Town Hall and Market Building on 56 Queen Street. Also on the inside cover there is a brief introduction to Port Hope and the ACO Branch of Port Hope. On each page there are different pictures of Port Hope and buildings within Port Hope along with a short description. January: 1919 Aerial View of the Corners of John, Walton and Ontario Streets, February: Winter Scene on Walton Street, March: Walton Street Bridge after the 1936 Flood, April: Fire Bell on Walton Street, May: Barrett's Terrace in 1890, June: Little Bluestone on King Street South, July: The Royal Grill - 53 Walton Street, August: The East Harbour in 1878, September: Bank of Upper Canada at 86 John Street, October: Canadian Northern Railway Station on Hope Street North, November: Idalia at 85 Victoria Street South, December: Ware and Record: Tinsmiths and Plumbers at 18 John Street. Throughout the calendar there are important dates throughout Port Hope's history. On the back of the calendar there is a map showing the location of each photograph used.

          Series consists of photograhs depicting the people and places of early Vaughan as well as the post offices throughout Vaughan Township (Norberta wrote a book Chatting About the Post Offices of Vaughan Township, Ontario, published 1983), Norberta was also a long-time journalist with the Woodbridge and Vaughan News and thus some of the photos she used in her articles can also be found in this series.

          File consists of an architectural and historical inventory of Walton Street between Mill Street and Pine Street. Booklet created by Jane Staunton, Karen Ingram and Lynn M. Flatley. The inventory includes pictures, maps and research completed by LACAC. Also an index of block numbers, building names, and dates. Each block has a short history written on it, including architectural characteristics, architect, location and year of building.
