Bridgenorth Pastoral Charge was formed in 1925; formerly Methodist; from 1925 to ca.1968, it included Bridgenorth, Fairview, and Selwyn; in ca.1969 and ca.1970, Bridgenorth was part of the Bridgenorth-Wesley Pastoral Charge, which included Bridgenorth, Wesley, Curve Lake, and Lakehurst; in ca.1971 Bridgenorth Pastoral Charge was re-formed as a single point charge.
