The series contains two sections. The first includes articles and manuscripts, including drafts, written by Lynch. Types of written items include academic articles, articles and reviews for non-academic journals and newsletters, short stories, poems, and his PhD Thesis. The second half of the series includes predominantly articles, although there is also some short stories and poems, written by other individuals which were sent to Lynch.
